• Erosion control and SWPPP compliance
• Land clearing, mowing, and excavation
• Stormwater management
• Environmental inspections and maintenance
• RC-60 robot brush chopping

Service Agreements

All services are provided under separate service agreements that outline specific terms, pricing, and project details. These Terms of Service govern the general relationship between you and our company.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. We do not process payments through our website. All payments are handled directly through our office upon completion of services or as outlined in your specific service contract.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling and cancellation policies:

• We require 24-hour notice for service cancellations
• Weather-related delays are not considered cancellations
• Emergency services may be subject to different scheduling terms
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns

Safety and Compliance

Warranty and Liability

Our services come with the following warranty and liability terms:

• We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from completion
• We are not liable for damage caused by natural events or third parties
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services

Property Access and Permissions

By engaging our services, you grant us permission to:

• Access your property during scheduled service times
• Use necessary equipment and vehicles on your property
• Store materials temporarily if required for project completion
• Take photographs for project documentation and marketing (with permission)

Environmental Compliance

• Properly dispose of waste materials

Intellectual Property
